i should admit that i've had a pretty problematic past. it's something i'm trying to learn and move away from. i've had this really bad problem where i would get trapped in who i was and forget about who i am and who i am trying to be. these songs are about problematic situations i've been in because of myself and, at times, other people. i'm still learning and trying to figure it out. with time -- and patience -- i hope that i can let go and begin again.
